As a permanent Highly Specialist Spinal MSK Physiotherapist, you will lead on the development of clinical pathways for the spine, working closely with Spinal Orthopaedic, Neurosurgical, Pain, and Rheumatology consultants at London Bridge Hospital.
They will be responsible for a majority spinal caseload, managing patients with complex needs, whilst also supporting the outpatient physiotherapists with management of spinal patients.

Duties and responsibilities
To be responsible for a majority Spinal Musculoskeletal clinical caseload, providing highly specialised Physiotherapy care to outpatients at the Shard.
To be involved in the delivery of the Phototherapy service at the Shard where required, following a comprehensive training programme and competency assessment.
To take responsibility for monitoring own diary for administration errors e.g. double bookings, and ensure you are meeting utilisation targets.
To be able to see a wider caseload of patients where skills and knowledge are applicable e.g. oncology, TMJ
To lead on the standards of care for Spinal conditions, creating and delivering clinical pathways and guidelines, and using audit tools to monitor compliance
Skills and experience
Be registered with the HCPC
Degree in Physiotherapy
Highly specialist experience in Outpatient MSK Physiotherapy, in particular working with Spinal conditions and complex pain presentations
Experience treating a wide range of MSK conditions, including post op, sports injuries and complex pain
