R&D Senior Quality Manager Clinical and Quality Compliance

Critical for leading the quality Compliance strategy for R&D Quality Health and overseeing the release of materials destined for Clinical and Non- Clinical studies.

You’ll help the R&D Quality Director for Health to devise and implement Quality strategy for product development. You’ll oversee GMP improvement plans and the site risk register, ensuring the site maintains its MIA(IMP) license.

You’ll lead the teams responsible for the Internal R&D site Compliance in Hull, the Global R&D External Compliance team and team responsible for Clinical Compliance.

You’ll work with the Global R&D Quality Health team to ensure the Quality Strategy is rolled out. You’ll drive actions and insights through reporting Global R&D Quality performance metrics, and you’ll compile communication reports to the wider business to lead continuous improvement.

Your ideas will ensure our new products continue to make people’s lives better by ensuring the product development process remain compliant, streamlined and timely.

You’ll succeed because

you’re degree qualified in a scientific discipline with deep experience of working with highly regulated products and are eligible to act as an EU Qualified Person under 2001 / 83 / EC.

You excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and adapt well in a constantly evolving organisation, and have a clear vision with which to devise and implement a Quality Compliance Strategy for product development.

You have an expert knowledge of the product development requirements for in particular for medicines (such as QbD and DoE) and ideally also medical devices.

You’re a skilled communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in an international company and can influence and lead others.

You’ve a close attention to detail and have the ability to assess and critically appraise data, with a passion for digitisation and data capture systems.

You maintain high standards, have a drive to do the right thing, are results-orientated and highly entrepreneurial like us.

You have great presentation and organisation skills Experience in artwork and packaging requirements for regulated products is advantageous.
