Encompass are looking for warm and compassionate Care Workers to join their team in the heart of Dorset in Dorchester. Encompass is a registered charity providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities and enduring complex health and mental health needs.

What’s involved in your role?
As a Care Assistant, you will be working up to 37.5 hours a week on a permanent basis, dedicated to providing warm and personalised support to individuals' wellbeing, assisting with daily activities ranging from getting ready for the day to taking part in hobbies, putting our service users at the heart of everything that you do, and endeavour to make them feel happy and content.
You will be their friend and confidant, the highlight of their day, who will adore you for putting a smile on their face.

Calm, positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals.
Driving licence required to take our residents to any uplifting activities.
Experience as a support worker is an advantage, but not to worry if you don’t have experience we will provide you with all the training and skills you need.
