JOB TITLE : Customer Service Administrator


HOURS : Monday Friday 7am 4pm


  • Regularly updating the Manpack system, ensuring that data is up-to date and accurate
  • Liaising with the customers on queries
  • Liaising with depots regarding arrival times
  • Providing daily reports to the Transport Department
  • Providing daily reports to the Customer
  • Contacting customers / suppliers for any outstanding paperwork
  • Prepare manifests / paperwork for deliveries the following day
  • Answering queries via email / phone calls
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • Good understanding of the logistics environment
  • Flexible approach to work / training
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Attention to detail / accuracy
  • Good Communication and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Preparing CDR Reports
