DIRECTOR , MEDIACOM INSIGHT TEAM
MediaCom are looking for a Director to work in our I nsight team. We are a 1 2 -people strong, award-winning insight team embedded within Systems Intelligence at MediaCom.
Systems Intelligence (SI) houses all the data, effectiveness, insight and technology specialists within MediaCom. The SI team has one purpose - to ensure the best use of data within media planning.
You will play a key role in shaping the overall strategy and leadership of the I nsight team; working with the Head of Insight to set the team vision, goals, and objectives to be aligned with the agency vision and being responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the team vision / objectives.
You will also lead the team in integrating and collaborating with the other teams within Systems Intelligence (Business Science and Data & Tech).
You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring high standard of the team's work whilst ensuring that financial objectives are met, and team resource is effectively managed.
You will work with Business Directors in the planning teams to identify and develop new opportunities for client projects or added value projects and look beyond the obvious to identify new revenue streams and other parts of the business that we can work with.
You will build strong relationships with senior MediaCom stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and media owners and represent MediaCom at industry events and on industry bodies and panels.
