We are recruiting a Site Supervisor / Compliance Manager to join the team located in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of day to day operation of PPM and reactive works to Building Services Systems within account’s site in Sheffield, ensuring exceptional customer interaction.

The individual will also be assisting the CBRE Team to ensure a consistent and smooth link with the rest of the team.Role Summary : Ensure that PM & SR maintenance is carried out to all Mondelez / CBRE assets through operation of FMP SystemEnsure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept appertaining to : Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance / QP AuditsEnsure that all sub-

contractors perform to meet the contractual requirement of the contractAdminister sub-contractor work approval and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on siteOperate a Permit to Work System in accordance with Client / CBRE and QHSE proceduresEnsure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable orderCarry out routine quality assurance checks on workforce activities, record keeping and general housekeepingManage and proactively support the on-

call systemManage all energy services across site (Steam & Condensate / Air / Electricity / Water)Manage the onsite BMS System (Siemens)Experience Required : Ability to motivate self and others, excellent time management and organizational skills requiredStrong team player within a customer service team environmentService orientated attitude combined with a flair for pro-
