This exciting and challenging opportunity working with adults with communication and / or swallowing problems of a neurological origin would enable you to further develop your experiences.
You will primarily be based in our Stroke rehabilitation unit at Amherst Court in Chatham however will have the opportunity to outreach into the community as well as supporting across our stroke pathway.
Our Stroke Pathway includes Acute Stroke Unit (Medway Maritime Hospital), Stroke Rehabilitation Units at Amherst Court and the Sheppey Community Hospital and Stroke Community Assessment Rehabilitation Team (SCART) incorporating an Early supported discharge team.
