WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
Based in London the Performance Media Manager will be responsible for translating digital strategy into action plans to deliver and track best in market, data driven and integrated digital media campaigns.
We are looking for someone with experience across both Brand and DR planning who also has a proven track record in delivering against business KPI’s.
It is essential that they will have been involved at a strategic level and have consultative experience managing and motivating their own reports.
This role will be a blend of operational and strategic responsibilities as it evolves with the fast-paced growth of DAZN across the globe.
The ideal candidate will be able to make smart decisions, even when faced with ambiguity, think strategically and are eager to put a new spin on what a digital campaign can be.
They can articulate what they are and are not trying to do. He or she is a good listener and a real doer, can multi-task and work at a fast pace.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role Managing media agencies, media analytics and tracking to develop global testing roadmap and ensure learnings are actioned.
Working with existing and new markets; assessing the digital landscape and working with agencies to develop innovative new executions to drive the DAZN product forward Creating, implementing and shaping the performance aspects of campaigns whilst working closely with local Media Teams Ensuring all media activity is at the forefront of digital technology innovation through the ongoing development of our tech stack.
Ensuring the digital channel approaches follow best practice and are in line with overall strategy, are deliverable and commercially viable.
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS? Excellent sporting knowledge and understanding of the broadcasting landscape.
Significant experience as a digital media manager in an international setting.
Evidence of end-to-end global digital marketing planning and execution. Line management experience within fast paced environment.
Experience in launching new or innovative products and services, ideally within an international environment balancing global strategy and local market needs.
Proven ability in measuring performance against audience targets & analysing competitors. Partnership management skills : you will need to develop close working relationships with local market representatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, and collaborative international environment with a unique culture (we have a start-up mentality whilst being part of a global organisation).
