Job Summary :
The Talent Partner supports LexisNexis’ strategic plan by working closely with the Global HR organization and other talent stakeholders to apply focus on the design, development, execution and evaluation of the LNLP Learning & Talent Development strategy.
They enable successful business performance, support and inspire individuals to reach their full potential and foster a high performing culture.
Talent partners play a key role in areas such as inclusion and diversity, onboarding, learning, manager development, talent management, culture, engagement and succession planning.
Job Responsibilities :
Aligns talent development solutions with business strategies and priorities by collaborating with stakeholders
Creates and implements a portfolio of innovative and effective learning and talent development offerings resulting from translating business requirements into practical and relevant offerings that meet business needs
Leverages technology and multiple delivery methods to expand global reach and impact
Leads the full spectrum of program / process management, including but not limited to : Verify needs; Design and align solutions to meet needs;
Develop operating plans (budget, resources, deliverables); Present portfolio to key stakeholders; Implement communications plan;
Execute portfolio; Deploy multiple delivery channels; Measure impact; Drive continuous improvements
Builds strategic alliances with other Talent practitioners across the organization to share and leverage best practices
Executes a communication strategy to emphasize organizations’ commitment to career development and to drive employee engagement
Analyzes data to measure and monitor portfolio impact and drive necessary changes / improvements.
Job Qualifications :
Functional Knowledge :
Proven track record of aligning talent development solutions to business priorities and challenge
Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles within Talent Development and requires knowledge of other HR disciplines.
Skilled practitioner in Learning or Talent Management with exemplary performance record achieved within different environments and circumstances in a complex organization.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years related experience in learning and talent development or delivery, program management, or other relevant experience
Business Expertise :
Applies in-depth understanding of the business and able to communicate the value, benefits and relevancy of talent development

Sets organizational priorities and allocates resources
