Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)


A fantastic opportunity for an internal sales executive to join my client based in the Walsall area on a permanent basis.

You will be joining an expanding organisation that are now looking to add an additional member to their friendly team.

You will be reporting to the sales manager, and you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities and qualifying sales leads.

Main duties and responsibilities :

  • To take and deal with enquiries by telephone and email, as necessary.
  • To ensure timely and professional response to enquiries which will maximise the sales opportunity
  • To maximise profitable sales
  • To prepare and send quotations and follow up as necessary
  • To carry out administration related to queries and orders, as necessary
  • To seek new business opportunities which will involve a level of cold calling
  • To always seek to increase knowledge about the business the Company carries out
  • To undertake any training as reasonably requested by the company
  • Person specification :

  • Previous experience within an internal sales position
  • Self-motivated and a positive thinker
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
