Your Responsibilities :

Secondment / FTC until June 2021

As a Transformation Project Manager you will work in the FS Enterprise Projects (EP) team. You will report to the Regional EP Lead for Europe, during the planning and implementing phase of the Transformation programme.

Your responsibilities :

  • Facilitate planning exercises / workshops
  • Provide key stakeholder updates
  • Have ownership of Transition Plans
  • Ensuring Transition activities are executed on time
  • You will have ownership of tracking, monitoring and reporting on key milestones
  • You will have end to end management responsibilities of projects within this area
  • Act as the common face to the markets
  • Manage key in-market stakeholders from a governance, objectives and FS expectations point of view
  • Ensure that all risks / issues are addressed via a robust governance and stakeholder management point of view
  • Work closely with the Solution Design teams and Central PMO to ensure right solutions in place for start of recruitment.
  • Manage the overall transition & milestones as per the Tollgate methodology
  • Act as the single point of contact between the Enterprise Project team and Operations teams
  • Work with Operation Leads’ to ensure alignment to plans, recruitment and readiness for KT and Pilot
  • You will need to work in a matrix environment and have the ability to influence people not in direct line management
  • Have some direct / indirect people management responsibility

    Basic qualifications :

  • Finance Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in Finance Transformation / Change
  • Excellent Computer Skills including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a P2P role or a background working on projects in the P2P space
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience of Finance Transition
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and succinctly
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and apply project management skills
  • Ability to distil and communicate important information.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in dealings with stakeholders, and handle highly sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge communications gap between finance and non-finance
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Formal project qualifications e.g. PRINCE2 / Agile
  • Multi Country Project Experience
  • Experience working with Cross Functional Teams
