A growing and well-established M&E Contractor. They work within a number of sectors particularly the commercial, industrial, banking and mission critical sectors.
They have exceptional blue-chip clients, but are looking to expand their current portfolio whilst continuing to offer the same standard of service to their clients.
Their business is based upon a number of exceptional clients using their services again and again. My client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in and around London.
About the Role :
Identify the Customer base and services sold which will lead to an understanding of the market and identification of new opportunities
Become familiar with the delivery process capability and commercial requirements towards sales, profitability and management
Become familiar with the staff, systems and accounting / reporting structures and develop / improve current methodology for future growth
Manage and maintain communications between all parties
You will be encouraged to be involved in all aspects of the departments activities and to add your input to future policies
To encourage the forming of close working relations with your Clients whereby your presence is freely accepted and opportunities for sales and enquiry generation is at a maximum level
Monitor Performance against Company budget and Business Direction Plan
About the Candidate :
5 Years experience within a similar role
Proven sales background
Strategist be able to contribute to future business direction
Some technical knowledge
Worked for good names within the industry
