We are looking for Customer Service Advisers, situated in our Contact Centre in the Cheltenham Area. You will be at the front line of delivering a high-
quality experience to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers over the telephone and by email.
You don't need to have previous contact centre experience. We'll give you what we believe is market leading training and support to help you with achieving your career ambitions.
Responsible for dealing with inbound telephone calls from customers on life, pension and investment products. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
You will be set performance targets whilst ensuring our customers are treated in a fair and consistent manner taking into account their individual circumstances.
Key Tasks :
Ensure that a prompt, friendly and helpful service is delivered to our customers.
Finalise as many customers calls as possible at the first point of contact, liaising with our back office teams where necessary.
Take ownership of customer problems and where necessary follow a problem through.
Answer enquiries accurately and keep up to date with changes.
Identify Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) issues and communicate them to a TCF Champion for resolution
No holidays or appointments during the induction training & limited thereafter for a month
Must have excellent customer service, commitment & timekeeping skills
Shift pattern - Mon-Fri 8-6.30 Sat - 9-12.30 (on a rota basis).
