This role supports the UK FP&A team in the production, analysis and development of accurate management reporting data; driving accountability and transparency through the UK broad line business and guiding business decision making.
This role will be directly responsible for the production, validation and analysis of data used in multiple reports providing insights into business performance and target setting.
It requires leveraging multiple sources of structured and unstructured data from both systems and teams across the business, manage processes and data flows and ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times.
Based in Ashford with possible travel across the UK when required.
Supporting the UK FP&A team in delivering transparent reporting, encouraging and facilitating the effective use of new software and processes.
Regular liaison with teams across the business, including commercial finance, operations and central.

Knowledge, skills, experience and competencies
Excellent commercial acumen and a good eye for detail, coupled with a strong academic background. A background in data sciences advantageous.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential to liaise effectively with those with both a finance and non-finance background.
Is diligent, able to spot anomalies and question why. Able to use their initiative to follow enquires to a conclusion.
Is proactive and has the enthusiasm and tenacity to strive for continuous improvement and added value.
Confident inter-personal skills, with ability to business partner, influence and drive results.
Organised and logical approach to challenges. Can see beyond the obvious and questions or challenges where necessary.
Has the ability to prioritise and effectively manage different sources of information.
SAP, BW & BPC experience advantageous
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
