Your new role
As a Contracts Manager within this organisation, you will be responsible for the day to day operational planning and problem solving.
Your job will be to manage the main body of works for the construction division. Your job will involve significant liaison with internal management providing necessary input and developing the main logic of the works programme and monitor and drive weekly progress.
You will maintain high productivity and quality while ensuring compliance with the company quality procedures and manual.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will have a strong background in either project management or contracts management within high-end commercial new builds, refurbishment or social housing.
You will have an extensive track record in running multiple sites at once, along with strong management skills which will be essential in driving project completion.
You will be certified in SMSTS via CITB and possess a valid CSCS card and be First Aid trained.
