Element has an opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.


  • Performing and managing the contract review process
  • Checking and entering incoming work on to Laboratory Management System (LIMS) database
  • Interpreting technical documents including engineering specifications and drawings
  • Communicating directly with customers
  • Arranging sub-contracted services
  • Return of material to clients
  • Working to customer deadlines working overtime if required
  • Conducting all work in accordance with our internal Quality Management System and ISO 17025
  • Conducting other duties as reasonably requested by management team
  • Skills / Qualifications

  • A professional team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good general education standard to GCSE level or equivalent including Maths and English
  • A basic Engineering qualification or 'A' Levels in Science would be an advantage
  • Experience working with engineering specifications and drawings
  • Computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A self-motivated person with the ability to multi-task, organize and work under the pressure of a busy work environment
  • An ability to work to customer deadlines, working overtime if required
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail are pre-requisites for the successful candidate
  • Full training will be provided
