We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working full time across a varied shift pattern covering, days, evenings, nights and weekends every week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Squirrels in Southampton.

The Squirrels is a 9 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

    Due to recent legislation, any person entering our care homes after November 11th 2021, are required to be double vaccinated against COVID 19 before entering our residential sites, unless they can show a genuine medical exemption.

    Due to the location of this service a driving licence would be desirable but is not essential
