We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, driven Marketing professional to join our Cascade HR Marketing team within our Human Capital Management (HCM) division in Leeds.

The Marketing Campaigns Executive role is important as you'll be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating a wide range of on and offline marketing campaigns.

This a wonderful chance to get involved at the cutting edge of marketing, as well as traditional marketing activities, the way forward is digital, you will be heavily involved in this!

This position is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing professional with end-to-end campaign management experience and a passion for increasing lead generation to develop sales pipeline.

It's essential that you've managed B2B marketing campaigns, creating and sending marketing communications. Also, that you have experience of building, and executing, a full integrated marketing campaign schedule, working to agreed targets and KPIs, including new business lead generation and customer engagement

  • This role offers comprehensive training, along with monthly workshops to hone your product knowledge and marketing skills, and plenty of opportunities for the future;
  • with 50 people already in this busy Marketing Team, you will be able to learn about lots of different products and grow your career with the company!

    About the job

    As a Marketing Campaigns Executive in this team, your day-to-day tasks will typically involve the following :

  • Working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to develop new business and customer marketing and retention campaigns;
  • Building and executing a full, integrated marketing campaign schedule;
  • Working to agreed targets and KPIs including new business lead generation, customer engagement and retention rates;
  • Using marketing tools to extract and segment data;
  • Evaluating campaign results and suggesting / implementing improvements for future plans;
  • Keeping the wider business up-to-date on customer communications and offerings;
  • Working with the wider marketing team to produce relevant materials to support campaigns.
  • Promoting the IRIS brand in a friendly, professional manner.

    As this is a high-profile role within our Marketing team and therefore visible to senior stakeholders, it's also really important that you're an excellent listener and communicator and have good organisation and presentation skills.

    Finally, occasional travel to marketing events across the UK will be required at certain times.
