Human Resources lead the implementation of the Group’s people strategyin line with business objectives. We are currently seeking an experiencedindividual to join this team in the role of HR Consultant

In this role, you will :

  • Diagnose business problems and define desiredbusiness outcomes by using variety of available tools. Conduct and use data-driven research;
  • Analyse workforce trends utilising advancedanalytics, formulating insights & recommendations to inform workforcestrategy development;
  • Find pragmatic solutions to solve business problemsby framing complex challenges and thinking creatively leveraging internal andexternal expertise;
  • Create and drive effective project plans to supportdelivery of business outcomes outlined in strategic people plans;
  • Execute deployment of HR solutions that havemeasurable impact through keeping focus on quantifiable difference to theorganization and project success.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you should meet the followingrequirements :

  • Experience of working in an HR environment. You may have gained this within
  • an HR advisory / relationship management role with business stakeholders
  • or from an HR specialist role
  • or a shared services / people experience role;
  • Experience in large scale Transformation / Change project teams where your role has contributed significantly to the overall result.
  • Experience acting as a project manager would be an advantage;
  • Flexibility, tenacity and resilience to deal with business demands during periods of high workload;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and delivery focused;
  • Consulting agility;
  • Calm under pressure; ability to re-prioritise in very short timescales.
