Advanced Apprenticeship Mechatronics (Final 2)
Specialising in areas such as Vehicle Assembly & Electrical Testing and working with your Production Colleagues, to ensure that the Vehicle meets the expected high quality standards that our Customer demands.
To achieve these standards every Bentley is put through a number of rigorous Mechanical, Electrical and Quality checkpoints.
By joining the Production Team you will be involved in the assembly, electrical testing, diagnostics and rectification processes, also incorporating future vehicle technology.
You will be developed in the ability to fault find, diagnose and rectify working at the heart of Bentley within a fast paced, flexible Production environment where we have tight deadlines to meet for on time Customer delivery.
You must have 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Maths, English and Engineering or Science related subjects; or nationally recognised equivalents.

Our advanced apprenticeship is a fully funded, nationally recognised apprenticeship giving individuals the opportunity to gain qualifications whilst undertaking on-
the job training and development. Working with technical experts who are key subject knowledge holders their field you will base your time between one of our partner educational institutions and the Bentley site.
During your programme you will benefit from a wealth of support through both internal and external networks. You will learn through a mixture of academic and practical training.
In addition to the formal side of your Apprenticeship you will also undertake a core training programme, which may include placements in associated departments to increase your skills and business knowledge.
Apprentice forums with your peer group and workshops will assist with your personal, professional and technical development.
In addition you will be expected to participate in community events where you will work with local charities or initiatives with local schools.

Advanced Apprenticeship Duration : 3.5 years.
Apprenticeship gained : Level 3 Engineering Technician.
