Responsibilities include :

Location hunting for future sites / Lease / legals

Suppliers and negotiation

Identifying areas to improve / including food offering to maximise revenue

Development and deadline based constructions

Experience in best Standards of practise and implementing effective company training manuals

Overseeing Hospitality and Operations

Management, Admin, Recruitment,Trainning, implementing effective process and systems

Logistics and Suppliers, Cost and Budget Analysis

Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Have experience of openings / expansion in the Quick Service Retail sector in London

Business acumen finance control, target driven / sales driven, forecasting

Charismatic with previous experience in the management of multis site and roll out operations

  • Leads from the front
  • Strategic approach to management
  • Forward thinking - understands local competitors
  • Good Business Planner
  • Good Communicator both internally and externally
  • Owns and Drives P & L
  • Business acumen finance control, targets / sales driven, forecasting,Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role
  • Ensure the venue is in line and up to date with all H&S regulations.
