Experience of working and implementing Operational change management within an ITIL environment
ITIL V3 Foundation Level Qualification
Experience of implementing and ensuring adherence to SLA’s and KPI’s in a technically diverse environment
Experience of handling circa 30-60 concurrent small to medium changes
Experience of co-ordinating technical and non-technical teams
Demonstrable awareness of the value of efficient operations to increase customer satisfaction
Able to think beyond traditional technical problems and understand the commercial impact of Operational decision making
Knowledge of the telecoms industry and its future direction
Secondary Skills and Aliases
Experience in Telecoms Operations or specialist ISP or Engineering
Experience with large organizational change environments
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

About the Change Manager role
Change Manager required to work within the existing Talk Talk Technology (TTT) Change Management Team with a responsibility to manage all Technical Change activities within TTT whether instigated internally or externally.
