How will you make an impact?

This varied role holds global responsibility for data integrity, product-life cycle management and commercial analytics for the Chromatography Consumables (CCS) business unit.

The position has a strong data focus and requires an ability to manage big data sets and multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively across the business, and demonstrate strong customer focus / commercial awareness.

Where will you work?

Based at our Runcorn manufacturing site, a key global location for the CCS business unit.

What will you do?

  • Provide Product Management team with meaningful data analytics to : 1) allow them to better understand the value of their products to the customer and 2) develop insights that allow them to better develop and manage new and existing products across product life-cycle.
  • Maintain and manage data in internal product databases and Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Maintain data online to ensure correct / up-to-date information for commercial colleagues (eg. Sales Resource Page)
  • Develop process to simplify and enhance accuracy of data, ensuring fit-for-purpose master data
  • Addition / removal of products from relevant business systems, assisting the Product Managers with product lifecycle activities
  • Acting as a triage for questions on pricing, product data
  • New product development support
  • Lifecycle management activities

  • Marketing data management, run reports, and perform the initial sales analysis on a global scale. To include;Customer mapping -
  • Market segmenting and sales trendingASP reporting and trending by region / product lineKey product sales reporting and trendsTechnology trendsPrice realizationCollaborate with business stakeholders to collect and consolidate data to create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Work cross functionally on process improvement projects to stream-

    line and automate processes within the Commercial and Marketing teams

  • NPDi / JDI project support. To include;Assist PMs in defining project proposals and business casesProject management for JDI projects as requiredCustomer requirement assessment (VOC)Technology validation assessment
  • Who we are looking for : experience, skills & abilities

  • Degree educated in Science / Technology or Business / Finance
  • Strong data management skills / experience with databases (SAP strongly preferred)
  • Effective communicator with excellent oral / written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative worker
  • Project Management experience
