This role is pivotal to produce timely, high quality financial reporting and analysis of the TalkTalk Consumer Division monthly results and financial plans.
The role will lead the 3 year, budget and forecast cycles for the Consumer Division ensuring insight and analysis to the Consumer Leadership team as well as TalkTalk Group.
They will act as a key leader across the Consumer Finance team to ensure a high quality of reporting, analysis and planning is delivered to the business.
How can I add value?
Produce monthly reporting of the Consumer Division with commentary
Driving process and reporting improvements across Consumer Finance
Manage the 3 year plan, budget and forecasting process
Produce insightful ad hoc analysis to senior management
Review and challenge management overheads and Capex spend
Ensure compliance with the Group accounting policies and processes
Provide technical accounting support for Consumer Finance
Work alongside the Core Finance team to streamline financial processes and reporting to drive more accurate information and analysis for the business.
What do I need in order to be successful?
Strong post-qualified accountant experience
Business partnering experience at CLT level
Telco sector background
FP&A leadership knowledge and delivery
Experience in management of multiple stakeholder
Experience in leading divisional budget and 3 year plan cycle
Strong technical accounting skills
Strong forecasting and analysis capabilities
Delivery of process & reporting improvement
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
