Macdonald & Company are looking to speak with any commercially astute Retail Leasing Directors to help further shape and lead the development and management of a team focused on maintaining existing client relationships and growing new business opportunities.
The role requires a strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate brokerage and modern marketing strategies. This position will build and maintain positive and professional working relationships with agents, managers and executives throughout the firm.
Build and grow a cross-functional team, deploying resources appropriately to meet the needs of the firm
Highlight and track trends in the UK retail real estate market
Manage the financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for the UK business
Provide innovative direction to develop and win new business
Have ownership of the strategic plan and overall business case for integrating UK Leasing into the broader context of the firm.
Knowledge of the UK real estate / property market with a specific understanding of retail properties
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and work at all levels
Excellent and proven program / project management skills as well as strong leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and communication skills to build compelling business cases in order to win internal support for growth initiatives
