The Role : Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, we are currently recruiting for a Reception Admin and Switchboard Operator.
dealing with advanced bookings in system (Condeco) and meeting rooms; liaise with catering. You will be required to provide an efficient telephone answering service and the relaying of incoming calls to the firm in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
Qualifications and Experience : The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role with excellent communication skills and a high standard of customer service.
The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail. You will have the ability to multi-
