Job Role

We are seeking a professional sales leader who are focused on over-achieving with excellent management skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast-

paced sales environment. Successful applicants possess a strong working knowledge of DevOps and developer tools. In addition, candidate should possess professionalism, integrity, strong presentation and matrix-

management skills, as well as a passion for winning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives selling to fortune 100 enterprises in North America
  • Work with Salesforce.com managers and accounts teams as well as SI partners to drive platform sales to closure
  • Drive enterprise prospecting program and conjunction with Sales Development Rep team
  • Willing to travel (up to 30%)
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team of field-based sales representatives
  • 10+ years’ experience selling enterprise software and / or SaaS solutions
  • Have sold developer tools / platform and / or technical solutions to the CIO organization
  • Proven ability to work with partners to drive lead generation & deal completion
  • Understand Salesforce.com products and partner ecosystem
  • Prospecting into larger enterprises
  • BA / BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering fields
