Customer Service Administrator

Salary : £17-19k (depending on experience)

Contract : Permanent, Full time

Hours : 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5.00pm)

22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays

Customer Service Administrator :

Pertemps is pleased to be supporting our successful client - a fast-growing company in Bristol who are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, positive and friendly person to join a Customer Service Team in helping to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing excellent customer service using email, phone and live chat.
  • Problem solving when required.
  • Providing quotations for goods.
  • Taking orders and payments.
  • Processing product returns.
  • Working with bespoke computer software.
  • General admin duties.
  • What we're looking for / Skills required :

  • Previous customer service based experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly approach over the phone and email.
  • Excellent PC and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritise workload.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoys working in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Some experience in a similar role advantageous, but not essential.
