What you will be doing
You will be a part of the Senior Site Management Team.
You will be managing a team of 5 people.
You will be responsible for all financial controls, statutory and management reporting.
You will build rapport will all levels of people.
Job Purpose Statement :
Provide all the financial expertise required to allow others to perform their duties to the full.
Preparation and reporting of key financial information to aid the business in achieving its objectives.
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the business operates effectively.
Ensure that the company remains compliant to all internal and external financial legislation requirements.
Ensure timely reporting to all stakeholders.
Personal Characteristics : Professional, honest, trustworthy, attention to detail, customer focused, approachable, problem solver & reliable team player.
Desirable skillset :
Manufacturing experience
Fully qualified member of one of the major accountancy bodies. (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
Experienced in Financial controls, Statutory and Management reporting
Personable and engaging, building rapport with the Global Financial Groups.
Worked in a similar environment at a Senior level.
