As the scale and complexity of Deliveroo grows, we’re looking for a passionate and organised Global B2B Lifecycle Marketing Executive to join our expanding team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the B2B Marketing team in the execution of automated lifecycle marketing programs globally to onboard, engage and reactivate our restaurant partners.
Owning the end-to-end execution of restaurant lifecycle marketing emails and landing pages globally using Pardot and Marketing Cloud (marketing & sales CRM tool).
Basic knowledge of HTML required
Working closely with the localisation and Legal teams to scale lifecycle marketing initiatives globally
Working closely with the local markets to have the content reviewed and approved
Building automated lifecycle marketing programs with the support of the Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Ensuring all emails, landing pages, forms and links are set up with the relevant tracking
Upholding a high standard in reviewing and finalising customer facing communications
Having a methodical approach to email and landing page QA testing
Recommending improvements of the internal email builder to send best in class marketing emails
Reporting on email and landing page engagement metrics on a weekly basis
Desired Qualifications :
Degree level education 2 : 1 or above
Previous experience in marketing or a degree in Digital Marketing
On the job experience of 1-2 years preferred using CRM platforms
Analytical mindset, comfortable analysing the success of the lifecycle marketing campaigns
Basic HTML knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with fast-paced environment and quick turnaround times
Natural communicator, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Good to have :
Experience using Pardot (Marketing & Sales CRM tool like Eloqua, Marketo, ExactTarget) and Salesforce highly desirable
Experience building emails, landing pages and push notifications
Experience working in a multinational / multi-market organisation
