The Role

Covering a wide range of financial disciplines, we’re responsible for everything from payroll and accounts to the purchase ledger and providing vital management information.

We have a great opportunity to join our credit control team. This team is still quite new and so it is an opportunity to help the business embed the processes into place.

The purpose of the role is to collect debts from patients who have received treatment however haven’t paid.

The ideal person will have had some experience within a credit control team before, is comfortable speaking with patients over the phone, can work to targets and can identify queries.

Skills

  • Strong working experience in a consumer credit control role
  • Ability to effectively process and manage a large number of debts with a range of clients
  • Target driven
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels
  • A team player with personality, empathy and a drive to succeed
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • IT literate, comfortable using MS packages - especially Excel
  • Excellent customer service and account handling ability
  • Comfortable working towards set KPIs.
