About the Role is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product & Innovation team and drive adoption and demand for our set of products and services.

The Product Manager will act as an important bridge between Product, Marketing and Technology, supporting in the form of proposition development, segmentation, insight creation, and customer-

facing marketing materials. This is a key role in the Product & Innovation team as you will manage our product positioning, messaging, and collateral as well as website content and the full library of sales enablement materials.

You will act as our products / customers / competition expert and translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our products to our audiences.

Reporting to our VP of Product and collaborating with various creative teams in an agile and very dynamic environment, you will be required to be flexible and adaptable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive, develop and own innovative Product Marketing programs that drive demand, customer engagement and business value
  • Generate insight through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data to develop customer personas and insights that will guide the creation of customer propositions that effectively target the needs of our customers
  • Craft the messaging and position of our products, translating technical capabilities into customer benefits
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products to the Sales team through trainings, and support them with the creation of product launch materials and sales collateral
  • Work with the Design team to create customer-facing materials
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for advertising, press requirements, and marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue and product adoption
  • Own the creation of product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts in coordination with Marketing resources
  • Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
  • Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate
  • Create reports to measure performance and track KPIs
  • About You

  • 4+ years’ experience with a track record of delivering Product Marketing programs and new product launches in the ecommerce and / or payment industry
  • Sound knowledge of marketing communications, campaign creation and proposition development
  • Customer centric, with ability to act as a customer advocate for the business, always putting the customer at the heart of communications
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to create dashboards for performance updates
  • Ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate efficiently
