Our Client is a large prestige car dealership, looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their busy department.
The role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.
Duties will include
Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments
Making outbound calls for : VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts
Updating vehicle and customer records
Supporting front-line staff with administration duties
You will need a minimum of 1 years experience as a Service Administrator with previous experience with Kerredge / ADP
You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best. The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.
You will need excellent communication and telephone skills
