You will become a qualified Customer Service Practitioner after studying a Level 2 diploma in Customer Service while providing and delivering a comprehensive, time critical administrative service for all aspects of customer accounts whilst helping to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the set-up, accuracy, and maintenance of all user accounts for all products including any third party services.
To act as a point of contact for clients requiring administrative support for their account.
To ensure that cover is provided to the support line between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
To assist with the logging, allocation and responses to all mailbox queries.
To log all customer calls and account amendments on the relevant CRM database, logging updates when required.
To take ownership of client queries through to resolution.
To support and liaise with internal departments including Finance, Support, Product Managers Account Management for all products, Sales and Provider Support.
