Relief Support workers have a massive impact on the lives of the people they support.You can help us to make adifference to the lives of people with a learning disability here and now.

We have opportunities for Relief Support Workers to join our closely knit support teams who support adults with a learning disability with their day to day living skills.

The role of a Relief Support Worker is varied - no two days are ever the same. With your support, the people we support will be able to visit their families, go out for activities in the community, go out shopping and be able to live as independently as possible.

As a Relief Support Worker you will need to be able to follow support plans, respect how the people we support would like to be supported and talk to them about activities they would like to do.

It is important to the people we support that the people who will be supporting them are able to realise and provide support with things they are great at like colouring and drawing, building meaningful relationships with people by taking part in activities in the community, choosing the best 'bling' or memorising names of old TV stars.

If you are a fun loving person who enjoys eating out, going for walks or shopping then this is the job for you. You will have the ability to work flexibly across the week days, weekends and bank holidays depending on your availability and the hours being offered to you.

Shifts vary including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep ins and waking nights. Flexibility is therefore essential for us to be able to meet the needs of the people we support.
