We are seeking to appoint an experienced Children's Therapeutic Residential Care Workers for our locally based therapeutic care home for children aged between 7 and 12 years who have significant trauma and attachment issues.

You will be committed to ensuring outstanding outcomes for our children in this challenging and rewarding role.

Cheshire West and Chester’s Residential service aims to ensure that its most vulnerable children's needs are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential.

As a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker, you will join an organisation where the focus is on achieving the best outcomes for the children and families who we work with.

  • As a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker, you will;
  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or be willing to work to this qualification
  • Receive high quality supervision, with your own personal development plan to support your career and learning aspirations.
  • Have the opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based upon a manageable workload within the team.
  • A working environment where you be supported in adopting an evidence-based approach to practice.

    The contractual work location for this role is listed above however you may be required to work from a range of work locations or sites within the Borough and may also be required to work from home, depending on the needs of the service.
