Pharma Intelligence currently has an exciting opportunity in our London office for a talented EMEAI Marketing Coordinator looking to join a world leader.

Purpose of Role

  • Ensure Pharma Intelligence’s EMEAI regional strategy is turned into an effective, customer-facing engine that drives customer behaviour and business results for the best possible return on investment
  • Create (with the regional marketing manager), execute and analyse :
  • o Regional / customer-driven campaigns focusing on usage, onboarding, and loyalty

    o Account-based marketing : (ABM) campaigns : 1 : 1 and 1 : few personalized campaigns, effort / spend / tactics aligned directly with sales / client services objectives

    o Localized campaigns : For example, choosing a relevant data set, a customer testimony, and even translating content in the local language if it makes business sense.

    o Regional top of the funnel campaigns : Regional segment targeting (country, account, persona) in order to increase brand awareness and reach

  • Target EMEAI customers effectively and creatively by using demographic, personal and behavioural data
  • Use analytics tools & processes to review, adapt, test and evolve email, social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and database performance vs KPIs to drive a higher conversion rate
  • Review progress and report against key channel metrics and targets daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc, as required
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following :

  • Previous experience working in CRM & multi-channel campaign planning and execution, at an agency or for a client
  • Experience working with a Marketing Automation Platform such as Eloqua (preferred) or Marketo
  • Experience of B2B marketing (although B2C experience will be considered)
  • A team player with strong project management skills and attention to details to ensure high quality across all marketing campaigns
  • Experience of database marketing and an understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Holistic understanding of marketing and the sales cycle within B2B sales
  • Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes
  • Results-driven ensure that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and drive the required business results
  • Regular analysis, review and reporting on campaign performance against budgeted spend and targets, across all channels.
