We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Legal, Quality and Governance Deputy to join the Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with a background in healthcare governance and quality. The candidate should have good analytical skills and the ability to interpret a range of data.
As well as working with the senior management team you will need to drive forward the Quality & Governance agenda within the clinical divisions.
You will need to be driven, enthusiastic and forward thinking. Experience and knowledge of risk management and clinical governance is key to this role -specifically, the post holder will be overseeing and coordinating clinical governance and risk management processes.
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and motivate a team.
You must be able to build personal credibility with managers, including to a senior level, establishing trust and confidence with key contacts.
