Reporting into the Creative Director, you will be tasked with You Will : Define video strategy across organic, owned (editorial), paid, and social, to achieve commercial and brand KPIs Shape and lead ideas through the video creative and execution process from concept to completion.
Integrate brand codes and values into final work, creating compelling videos that convey brand image. Work across creative, content, marketing, and buying to synthesize business needs and interpret into leading video strategy Develop consistent video brand franchises that can be deployed across organic to drive brand affinity and audience Manage team including video writer, videographer, editing and motion graphics to create leading video.
Work to creative brief, budgets and timelines You Have : Video production experience, including managing teams with high content output Mastery of video production techniques, and equipment including editing, camera, lighting, audio Understanding and appreciation for fashion, luxury and style Exceptional time management and organizational skills, who can produce at pace Motivating and compelling leader who can present ideas with conviction and authority Experience working in agency or in-house at a leading brand great writing skills with narrative skills and understand the nuances of the NET-A-PORTER voice a willingness and ability to take initiative, and to push for innovation
