The is a key role in our Aesthetics division; they help aesthetic practices in achieving their growth objectives, changing their structure, or improving efficiency.
An aestheticpractice will work with a Business Consultant when it wants to become morecompetitive or to solve a specific organizational problem or concern within thepractice itself.
The analytical component of the role (needs and practiceassessment of specific clients) is key to the success of the consultingprocess, as well as a thorough recommendations delivery (based upon thefindings of the assessment), planning, implementation and control / evaluationof the results.
Undertake needs analysisof high potential accounts, development and implementation of action plans.
Maintaining anddeveloping relationships with key accounts
Provide supportand direction to Allergan Medical Institute management
Plan, provide andpromote business educational courses working in conjunction with sales andmarketing teams
Event Management includingthe preparation and delivery of workshops and other training events.
Education and Experience :
University degree in business / biochemicalrelated with MBA preferable
Proven experience in business development in a similar capacity
Demonstrable experience in management / strategy consulting
Significant relevant sales or marketing experience
Strong management experience including budgets and personnel
