This position will be located on-site at the TTEC contact center in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The strictest safety practices have been implemented for your protection and the protection of your coworkers.
Social distancing, site sanitizing and separation screens between workstations measures are in place. Hand sanitizers are present for employees and applicants.
The entire application process will be conducted virtually.
Responsibilities :
You will be making outbound calls to businesses and have the ability to be able to close the sale and act in a consultative way to ensure we deliver the right option the first time.

On a typical day, you'll :
Grow your book of business through developing new business, onboarding and maintaining customer relationships to generate sales leads to bring on new business opportunities and drive pipeline
Customer Contact strategy consists of four different call types New Account Follow Up, Call Cycle, Leads and Messages
Getting through to the Decision Maker by utilizing the Influencers and Users to help close the business
Determine the customer’s shipping profile to earn business or will forward the lead to the appropriate channel
Complete the required activity levels daily with the sole goal to have conversations and meetings
Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase volume from existing customers and acquire volume from new customers.

B2B Sales Experience is required
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting
