Cross Resourcing are partnering with a leadingorganisation specialising in rugged embedded computing to recruit a permanent ITInfrastructure Manager to join their growing team based in Towcester.
You will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, installation,configuration, maintenance and repair of all IT Infrastructure across theorganisation, expanding and enhancing functionality.
We are looking to speak to candidates with a bachelor’s degree ina relevant field, proven experience working within a large enterpriseenvironment along with experience of server and network team management.
What you’ll do
Design and deploycomplex technical solutions in an enterprise wide environment
Lead technicaldiscussions with senior execs to drive decisions and implementation
Review andmanage technical and business requirements to establish new technical solutions
Design newtechnology solutions that meet business requirements
Evaluate dataand information distinguishing user requests from needs
Leading projectsinitiation and planning including testing and rollout
Translatestakeholder requirements into technical specifications
Break downtechnical complexities for end users
Workingacross departments with stakeholders of all levels
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, engineering or computerscience
Proven experience in planning, designing, configuring andsupporting large enterprise environments
Strong background and experience of server and networkteam management
Experience in performance analysis, development of enterpriseprivate and public cloud architectures
Highly analytical, strong problem-solving skills
Proven experience in Project Management and leadingprojects
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbalcommunication skills
The ability to work with stakeholders across differentlevels
