We’re looking for an experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join our team in Stratford London, where you will assist the operational team to plan works in a cost effective and organised way to ensure a quality service for all of our residents, clients, and colleagues.

You’ll be IT literate, you’ll understand the repairs and maintenance industry, and you’ll be able to deal confidently and sensitively with your customers and colleagues around you.

As part of this team, you’ll be on the phone a lot, so we need you to have a great phone manner and an optimistic and engaging service style.

Responsibilities :

  • Check diaries to ensure all work is at Planned Status as well as checking job time & allocation is correct
  • Check previous day’s diary to ensure all jobs were completed if not, action
  • Checking Operatives are attending appointments throughout the day, making contact if not
  • Lock diaries mid-morning & setting the planning fence
  • Ensuring all AM appointments have been kept
  • Monitor PM jobs & ensure all are completed
  • Check diaries for upcoming week to ensure minimal travel time
  • Monitoring & managing overdue jobs & ensure any without appointments are scheduled
  • Checking diaries every hour to ensure all available space is used
  • At the end of the day, ensure all Operatives have completed their work & they have safely left their last job
  • We need you to have :

  • Previous experience working as a Planner / Scheduler
  • Knowledge of ROCC and / or DRS
  • An understanding of our contracts and how they work
  • A desire to learn and develop
