RINA is searching for an Administration Assistant with a Finance background for the UK and Scandinavia Operations Team, to be based in our Sunderland office.
Supporting the UK team with all finance matters related to contractor invoicing
Raising invoice queries where necessary and working with our Project Managers to resolve
Providing the billing team with finance admin support
General office support for a fast-faced business
Required skills and experience :
Numerical and financial skills
Strong competence with Excel
Experience with invoicing
Experience working with contractors would be an advantage
At least 2 years of significant professional experience in similar or related businesses
Strong interest in finance activities
Excellent organisation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability and problem solving capacity
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Eligibility to work in the UK
