RINA is searching for an Administration Assistant with a Finance background for the UK and Scandinavia Operations Team, to be based in our Sunderland office.

Role :

  • Supporting the UK team with all finance matters related to contractor invoicing
  • Raising invoice queries where necessary and working with our Project Managers to resolve
  • Providing the billing team with finance admin support
  • General office support for a fast-faced business
  • Required skills and experience :

  • Numerical and financial skills
  • Strong competence with Excel
  • Experience with invoicing
  • Experience working with contractors would be an advantage
  • At least 2 years of significant professional experience in similar or related businesses
  • Strong interest in finance activities
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Fluent English-speaker
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptability and problem solving capacity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
