About the team : We are looking for Partnership Managers to join the Performance Sales Team in London who will focus on growth, acquisition and ROI-driven advertisers.
This business will be a critical driver within TikTok’s Revenue Partnerships organization, and will focus on disruptor advertisers within gaming, ecommerce and other suchlike performance-marketing driven verticals.
As a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients, and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing franchise.
Responsibilities : - Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives- Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and contribute to the development of thought leadershipQualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- Experience in either a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consultancy- Experience working with Gaming clients - Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers - Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinkingCreative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders- Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trends- Passion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
