Our Clinical Plus roles are about tapping into the expertise of experienced vets and RVNs to help in areas from client education, mentoring colleagues through to procurement and governance.
It’s a great opportunity to help sculpt veterinary provision and enjoy a mix of clinical and non-clinical work.
On the clinical side, there will be exposure to an interesting caseload, biased towards sick pets and a great opportunity to use your skills.
But a minimum of one day a week is set aside to applying those skills to something project-based that affects all of our surgeries.
This can be a refreshing way to work where you both help your own patients directly and the wider veterinary team and population of pets in your dual role.
In the non-client facing work, you’ll have an area that will be your responsibility to manage, lead and develop where you’ll be working with other professionals across the organisation to create something to be proud of.
