We are disrupting the world of consulting by fusing Consulting’ into sales and delivery of large and complex Application Management Services (AMS) deals / engagements, making these pursuits and engagements truly Consulting-led’ and Transformational’ for our clients.

Enterprise IT has been undergoing a change at a frenzied pace and it has not been in any one area of IT, but the change is seen in all aspects if IT which includes but is not limited to applications, platforms, architecture, infrastructure, software development methodologies, vendor landscape, outsourcing, etc.

This has resulted into a demand for a new type of consulting talent from our clients, i.e. consultant with an X-shaped talent profile , who has appreciation and understanding of all of the above areas, has a growth mindset and track record of success in both Delivery of Application Management Services and Transformation of the existing ways of working.

    The ideal candidate will understand exactly how new-age Application Management Services must transform the experiences of business partners, customers, employees, and suppliers, and fully appreciate the transformation journey taken by both IT and the business.

    S / he must be driven to support our clients, by efficiently and effectively managing and delivering outcomes-driven large scale, complex and global AMS engagements.

    This individual will be confident and comfortable with challenging their peers in the team to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

    S / he will be equally as comfortable working with our clients, supporting go-to-market and delivery activities, from identifying and leading sales opportunities, to leading the execution of our key programs.

    S / he will also balance consulting expertise with technical content, operational know-how, and commercial acumen.

  • Take the overall accountability and responsibility of successfully delivering Application Management Services based on the established scope of working as per the signed contract
  • Build a trusted partner status with the client C-suite stakeholders based on excellent delivery record of the Application Management Services and related Transformation
  • Achieve the following objectives in addition to any other stated outcomes by the client or your leadership team, in delivering your assigned Application Management Services engagement :
  • Manage global onshore / offshore AMS teams and the work they are delivering
  • Move from projects to a products and platform organization
  • Move from traditional (waterfall) ways of working to Agile, DevSecOps and Cloud ways of working
  • Establish distributed Agile practices, but with the recent COVID-19 pandemic, make delivery of work effective with even 100% remote working of teams
  • Attract, hire, retain, inspire and manage the new age talent required for the successful AMS delivery for your assigned client(s).
  • Mentor and guide the team members where required

  • Ensure team and self-utilization at all times based on the quarterly goals and objectives established by your practice and account leadership
  • As a senior level consulting leader, besides delivering your assigned client engagement(s), you will also be required to lead and / or support ongoing pursuits to win new business at existing or new clients.
  • Such requirements will be discussed with you from time to time for active support.

  • Own and achieve the assigned revenue, client satisfaction and team utilization targets
  • Motivate your team members and also yourself to write about the delivery successes as white papers and thought leadership articles that are published in reputed forums in the industry.
  • Also, find opportunities to present jointly at industry forums. Co-authoring and co-presenting with clients is highly encouraged and will be a plus.

  • Refer and identify suitable talent for the consulting practice and actively support their hiring from time to time
  • Travel to client locations as and when needed (sometimes up to 80% travel required)
