The Detail :

We are looking for a Programmatic Operations Manager to join our growing UK Programmatic Services team. This role would be based in our Manchester office along with other colleagues but working across some of our MediaCom London client portfolio.

This role will require you to work independently to execute, optimise and deliver great results across our clients programmatic campaigns, as well as be part of a team collective.

The Role :

  • Produce detailed programmatic plans in response to client briefs.
  • Deliver best-in-class programmatic campaign activation across your designated clients.
  • Regularly optimise client campaigns to deliver outstanding results.
  • Regularly produce optimisation and client reports on performance.
  • Actively contribute towards product development and programmatic best practice.
  • Train and support junior team members within the team and wider business.
  • Ensure programmatic best practice is followed across all campaigns.
  • Essentials :

  • 3 - 4 years experience in a programmatic role.
  • A demonstratable track record of set-up and delivery of programmatic campaigns.
  • An in-depth knowledge of major DSPs, DMPs, verification and analytics platforms.
  • An excellent understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Our Ideal Candidate :

    The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong working knowledge of programmatic and comfortable working with technology and data to deliver outstanding results for our clients campaigns.

    Whilst being a great communicator who can work collaboratively with the digital investment team to push the boundaries of our clients campaigns and produce innovative and bespoke client plans.

    Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and internal stakeholders as well as mentor and support staff.
