  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring the smooth running of all operations of the store
  • An understanding of operational KPI’s including sales, labour, COGS and waste
  • Responsible for opening, closing and cashing up daily, reconciling the till & end of week reporting
  • Managing stock, ordering and deliveries
  • Inspect and maintain the equipment in the shop and flag any issues to your Operations Manager
  • Exercise judgement on sales lines based on the wastage sheet of what sells / isn’t selling
  • Be a people person with impeccable customer service skills
  • Be enthusiastic and have the ability to motivate and engage your team when under pressure
  • To quality assess / champion the quality of coffee in your shop
  • Accountable for all rotas, staff hours, holiday phasing
  • Responsible for overseeing stock ordering, merchandising and appropriate POS
  • Hold effective performance management conversations and stretch and develop your team
  • To bring fun to the workplace and ensure a happy, motivated and focused team
