Integral UK LTD are recruiting as Cleaning Supervisor to work at our Client site in Wimbledon. You shall work Monday to Friday and be paid £10.
50 per hour, on a fortnightly basis.
This position is based in a health centre, standards are high due to the nature of this business
Some duties have been outlined, but are not limited.
Ensure cleaning procedures and standards are met.
Any paper work required by yourself or staff to be submitted on time
Ensure all staff are wearing PPE
Monitoring cleaning equipment and cupboards are replenished and clean
Providing assistance to staff if required
To cover when there is a staff shortage
Ensure staff arrive and leave as per contract
To lock up site at end of shift
Monitor staff work, and rectify if required, encourage development .
Communication skills in speaking writing
Organization of staff and duties carried out on site
Be proactive
Relevant experience in supervision and cleaning preferred.
DBS will be carried out
